Similar to Googleforms where you can have multiple people fill out a form with their own unique instance, but instead of sending it directly via email they can follow the hyperlink to fill it out.
This would be useful for emails where templates are used and also where automations happen in the case of PARQ / Medical forms etc. after making an appointment.
