I just purchased the Agency Plan and already am feeling slightly disappointed.
I think it would be very helpful if I could send an invoice to multiple recipients. At the moment I can only send an invoice to one person. I collaborate with a number of people in an organization and more than one person needs the invoice.
I wish we - sender and recipient - could download the invoice as a pdf. I sent myself a test invoice and discovered this is not possible. My clients need to download invoices for their bookkeeping.
Oftentimes I get paid by a company check so I do not always use online payment systems. It would be helpful if there was a way for me, the user, to mark the status of invoices as "paid", or "closed" once I have received a check payment.
I wish I could email the client through the platform.
I thought my branding would be on the actual invoice but it only shows up in the invoice email. I wished my logo was on the actual invoice.
