Navigation is incredibly painful

It would be nice of there was a support link when a user is logged into the system. Also, I had to go the AppSumo website to find the link to the feature requests page. Neither of these is optimal. Jotform for example has a support link right in the menu when you arte logged it, AND they have a chat feature which is enabled when an operator is available. Both of these help with ease of navigation and user friendliness.
