I think it's a shame that you gave us the option of translating the first stages of the document completion process and then, once the documents were completed, we received notifications and emails in English. Why not finalize the user experience completely in the chosen language ? (french in my case) It looks a bit careless on our part, and not quite professional for us. I'm referring in particular to the 2 emails with the following subject lines: “A document has been completed” and “Here's your completed document”. So we start our use in French and everything ends in English... It's especially annoying for the recipient, because we know that we've bought an English product. Really frustrating because your product is really easy to use and great. A little effort on your part and it would be a 10/10 for me.
