Urgent Complaint – Ongoing Issues with Breeze Docs Platform

Dear Support Team,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the ongoing issues I have been experiencing with the Breeze Docs platform over the past few weeks.

Despite holding a lifetime plan, the service has become increasingly unreliable and is now affecting my daily operations.

The issues I am facing:

  • Clients are not consistently receiving document emails.
  • When I manually send the document link via WhatsApp, clients are unable to sign as the signature field does not appear, only a view-only version is visible.
  • When sending multiple documents separately, clients often receive only one email instead of both, requiring repeated manual follow-ups.

These issues are causing significant delays, inefficiencies and a poor experience for my clients. I rely on this platform for professional document handling and at present, it is not meeting basic expectations.

I request the following actions as a matter of urgency:

  1. Immediate investigation and resolution of these technical issues.
  2. A clear explanation of why this is occurring.

Given the ongoing disruption and failure of the service to perform as expected, I request a full refund of my purchase. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no option but to escalate further and consider alternative platforms.
